Nestle in the heart of the Smoketown neighborhood, just 1 mile south of Downtown Louisville is our cities newest LGBT entertainment destination. This exciting redevelopment project is designed to bring the very best of the LGBTQ+ community into one location; where you can dine, lodge, entertain and meet long lasting friends. This neighborhood vision brings you: 1) a beautiful 34-room boutique hotel, 2) a 15,000 square foot convention center, 3) a 3-floor gym & health spa, 4) fantastic drink and coffee options at our wine store & bagel shop (located on 4th street), and 5) an entertainment/bar diner coming in 2023. We are also home to the National Entertainer of the Year Pageantry System, celebrating 31 years of female impersonation and male lead.

Relax with friends, meet new people and enjoy 3 floors of Louisville's only private men's gym and health spa. With a fully furnished weight room, outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, lockers and private rooms with TVs - we have something for everyone.

MARKETPLACE RESTAURANT

Located in the old Kentucky theater building on historic 4th Street, the Marketplace Restaurant is a member of the Urban Bourbon Trail offering the finest bourbon & wine selection in our wine shop and gourmet coffee, tea & food items in our bagel shop. The wine shop (next door to the Marketplace) is currently open for business.
